Anne the communicator came. Just wanted Hetty the horses name and the correct name of the property. She just stood and scanned Hetty using reiki to start with.

Then she just started talking, telling me about the pictures which popped into her head. She talked about Hetty's feelings when she arrived here, her first impressions of me, how Hetty had behaved, the tricks she used. What she liked and disliked. These were really accurate. Then she hit me with the whammy.

She told me that Hetty was showing her monkeys, and that she didn't like these monkeys but that they didn't appear that often any more. This is a bizarre reference, unless you knew that this was an expression that my sister used when i first  got Hetty, and an image which i frequently used to remind myself. My sister used to say " don't carry the monkeys when you are riding her" i.e. ride her for being herself don't carry the hangups, expectations, and habits from Floyd (my old horse, RIP)

She also imaged/referenced a box that I put things in and took things out of to help me ride her better. This is an imaginary 'toolkit' of exercises props and reminders for me when i am riding...sort of to keep one step ahead of Hetty and her 'toolkit' of tricks she used to spook me! I often say to Hetty 'don't put that in your box, leave it out' or 'That's a good one for my toolkit'

Anne told me that Hetty was an extremely good jumper, but that she preferred 'prancing around'. She doesn't like jumping so much anymore, this was due to her previous owner being a really nervous rider who 'freaked out when jumping')  Hetty was owned a few years ago by one of Scotland's leading showjumpers, and then owner before me was novicey and terrified and got to the stage of getting off at every twitch and shake of Hetty's head.

Anne told me that Hetty didn't appreciate themanner of change in bit the day before, described the two different bits exactly!! she said she preferred the new bit but wanted more time to get used to it. This was spot on !

Hetty has a cheeky sense of humour which she uses to diffuse her tensions and worries. She would be  communicating with Anne about her feelings and then suddenly go "skip-to-my-loo".  Anne was completely taken aback and pressed for more...Hetty explained that she does this when i am riding her and she gets tense. Sure enough this is true. She works well and then maybe gets tense, then suddenly skips about prances and canters, and then chills again!

There was so much more....are you a believer?

Anna also 'talked' to my friends horse.  In a nutshell, she described his huge sense of loss of his friend, described the other pony exactly, said they were a driving pair, that Joe had been harshly handled by someone using a thick long white rope (we have an idea about this) so he is scared and untrusting now and doesn't know how to behave, that he loves eating bananas, All totally true and completely accurate.

Each session was about an hour long -so there was such a lot!

Wow.  It is hard to believe.  I believe you, pikilily, just it is hard to believe that Anne wasn't briefed by a friend or something, unbeknownest to you.  If she's on the level, that is awesome.

the thing is Sally, that there were only two people who knew about the monkeys and the toolbox....me and my sister..and she didnt know about the whisperer till after... no-one (as in any of our friends) knew she was coming until after Anne had already been. We kept the tack-room closed and it has no windows -so there were no clues about tack and riding styles.

She couldnt use google maps drive around thing because neither horse was here when that was filmed.... she would have had to work very fast at her research, because we only booked her on the monday afternoon and she was here lunchtime wednesday!!

There were also things which were referenced which ONLY Hetty and I knew about!......things that couldnt just be generally guessed about.
Curiouser and curiouser !!  :o :o :o

I believe you entirely. These things should be taught in schools. How happier all pets would be and humans :)

I am so glad for you, I believe the 'communicator' has done the job.

As to the the question if I believe - no I dont I am afraid, although I dont retract the appraise above.

excuse the pun - horses for courses. - that is not meant to be de-menial.

Its always good when positives are felt. Did they give you the next appointment time upon paying??

This is a really interesting thread that has brought back a memory. It happened about twenty years ago, bare in mind that I am not a horsey person at all. I was visiting a traveler friend, Miki in Tornton, she is what some people call a "horse traveler" a traditional painted wagon and horses not a gypsy but a nice girl born in London and a bit of a misfit. Miki's family were staying on some land a benevolent farmer had gifted them to stay on for a few months. I arrived late with sleeping blankets, a bottle of wine and some carrots. I went to see the horses to make myself known to them then made my bed on the ground in a bender - a tarp tent with a frame made from hazel rods.  I had the most dreadful dream about three men with fire, fear, blood and a dead foal. I told Miki about my dream in the morning and she told me that there had been a bad incident half a year ago where some drunk and fired up local men came to trash her camp. They threw petrol at the horses and sadly the pregnant mare aborted her foal a few days after the incident. This happened quite near to where I was sleeping. Since then I just completely accepted that communication between animals and people is not only possible but normal and commonplace. I sense things about my animals and what they are trying to tell me - usually health and welfare things. Nothing like your gifted horse whisperer but enough to say with absolute certainty that I believe it. What a fantastic experience for you and your horse to have. Do you feel more in tune with each other now?

Oh yes definately..... a lot of what was said was some verification of 'feelings' and images that were in my head and in my gut...I suppose I had put them down to me just knowing the horse personally...but this is soooo different!! Its intense and detailed! and i do feel that there is a total connection between us, like all the barriers and veils have dropped.

And there is more...

Here we go!! i have just spoken on the phone to another horse communicator (in Lanarkshire) who started with;

" Ok, i see a coloured horse, a chestnut, and a darker horse. The coloured horse has a lot of trotting associated with it. The darker horse is friends with a smaller bay pony but is obsesed with a grey horse, but isnt allowed in a field with it."

*Hetty my mare is dark brown, is fieldmates with Shelbie, a bay pony, but is completely enamoured with Strider, my friend, next door's, grey gelding who shares his field with Bilbo a chestnut. My very good friend has her coloured gelding staying with us temporarily. Joe was a driving pony...ie lots of trotting around roads etc*

...this whisperer went on in minute detail about Hetty's past ownersand their treatment of Hetty, her feelings and history and how that has shaped her today....it was so accurated and completely mirrored what the first communicator said.
i am blown away - this is now hard evidence for me!

i visited a clairvoyant at a seaside town in australia once,id never met him before and told him nothing. and he told me that a bay horse was calling to me and had colic.
5 years later i found out that my old bay mare that i had sold years before had had colic surgery the very week i had seen the clairvoyant. she survived but how could he know that 10,000 miles away?
he recorded the meeting on a tape for me but being a sceptic i threw it away, now i wished id kept it cos everything he has said has come true over the last 8 years!
im a believer!
