THanks Skirza....i followed your instructions to the letter and this morning untied my bag of cheesecloth to find a lovely round ball of philadelphia type goats cheese....

YAY....congratulations to you!! I believe the recipe in question was just my soft cheese recipe which is actually a bog standard one that comes with the cheese starter from Goat nutrition. The Caephilly style cheese is indeed the one on your link. Really easy and delish - good luck
