The judges have finished their cogitating, debating, horse-trading and winnowing, and I'm happy to say we can announce the photo competition winners.

The section winners are:

Farm Animals
Poultry
Show what you grow
Horses & Ponies
Flora & Fauna
Pets
Landscapes
The special "Rosemary Rosette" cute award goes to There was two in the bed[/url] by Cairnhill  :trophy:

And the overall winner is......

Hiding in the daffodils!  :trophy: :trophy: :trophy: :trophy:

Congratulations to the winners, and many, many thanks to all who entered and donated so generously to the two causes.
Can all the winners please email me good sized versions of their photos for inclusion in the Central Scotland 2012 Calendar, and let me know what you want me to credit you with - either your TAS name or your real one.

Calendars should be on sale around October, probably about £5, p & p extra.

Well done everyone. Gosh and I only took the photo to share with everyone who had been so kind at helping us getting him on the right side of life. First ram, lamb and first photo win. So a really big thank you to all who helped him live. It made my day - one that was not going well at all. Dogandjo I will send photo but have just got in and have to catch up with work stuff first.

If you haven't already, I'm going to recommend sending them all a direct message each. If they haven't checked this thread for a while, they might not get updated that you've added another reply.

If that fails .... RELEASE THE HOUNDS!

Calum, I'll try that - but they are all regular contributors!  My Freckles says she is not going to go after ANYONE since you didn't like her photo! ;) ;) ;)

I would have thought that would make her iritated and even MORE likely to go after people (ideally not me).

Also, I can state happily that I liked almost all the photos submitted to the competition. But the winners had to be selected, so a compromise on technical ability and emotive reaction had to be reached!

(uh, I blame Rosemary? *hides*)

Not sure - need to put list of photo names on here and mark which ones I have - difficult to tie up TAS names, Photo names, and real names/email addresses!
