It's weird how they get to the outstaying their welcome bit by the time they get to 6 months

Your pork will be fabby - I'm slowly munching my way through our last lot - GOS x Large Black - and I have to say it's the best yet ! Lovely and sweet and not as 'porky' as some of my others

As for the Kunes - you'll not hear me say a bad word about them

If Tamworths are the racehorses of the pig world, the Kunes are the labradors

They're really charming little pigs, ALWAYS happy to see you (especially for a tummy rub !) very easily trained (lots of owners do agility courses with them to keep them amused) and just great fun to have around. Even my entire boar (who's just a tad bigger than the recommended size

) is the biggest softest lump you'll find. But like all animals, you've got to make sure they know who the boss is - it's easy to let them away with murder when they're cute little weaners, but you don't want a full size one thinking it's still okay to come into the house

Good luck with them & keep us up to date with their antics

Karen x
