The worst weather of the autumn next week
« on: November 05, 2010, 09:53:51 am »
A big change in the weather will take place during the next few days across Britain, as it turns stormy, and colder. By Monday gales or severe gales are likely in many parts, and there will be heavy outbreaks of rain pushing east. The persistent rain looks set to clear away later on in the day, but it will be followed by heavy showers. Over high ground in the north the showers are likely to turn increasingly to snow. Brian Gaze of TheWeatherOutlook said, "We're expecting the worst weather of the autumn

Well, I'm sweltering down here in Devon, working in a T-shirt. I'd better make the most of it!

Bitter northerly wind here today..........maybe I'd better start getting the logs in for the woodburner - and I do LOVE my woodburner  ;D ;D ;D ;D    Hubby is not allowed to touch it....he just has instructions about chopping the wood for it ;)
Did you ever stop to think, and forget to start again !!
