Hello all. We are thinking of buying a 6 acre smallholding with House and park-home onsite, plus stabling for 9, menage, outbuildings and so on. How easy is it to set up DIY livery, holiday rental and possible craft studio? Any change of use regs, anything else we should know? Huge question I know, but all advice gratefully received.

Can't comment on regs, but if you don't have horses of your own, I'd give the livery a by, personally.
