Congratulations! Whereabouts are you and what do you plan to do with your 8 acres?

Yay!  Well done!  Tell us more!  Where, what sort of land, what plans do you have / are you considering?
Don't listen to the money men - they know the price of everything and the value of nothing

Live in a cohousing community with small farm for our own use.  Dairy cows (rearing their own calves for beef), pigs, sheep for meat and fleece, ducks and hens for eggs, veg and fruit growing

Sorry I took so long to reply, having fun with planning for the barn.

The 8 acres are Codnor near Nottingham.

1 acre is to be used to make historical viking Village.
The rest of the land, to many ideas to try, open to advice and good ideas.
Slow and steady 'learning'

The historical side has many income streams, just not reliable.

Don't wrestle with pigs, they will love it and you will just get all muddy.

Let go of who you are and become who you are meant to be.

The historical buildings are for filming, education and such.
That's the area I make my living already so hopefully will help fund the rest.
