I am forced (with great reluctance) to re-home my much loved half Burmese grey cat who has been part of our family for 15 years. He is very affectionate and likes nothing more than to be a lap cat with a little excursion out of doors every now and then. He can be a little feisty if he feels he hasn't had enough attention, but this is only in the form of a quick swipe at foot level and never any harm done.
Cat's Protection League say they would have no problem re-homing him, but it all has to be done anonymously. My daughter and I can't bear the thought of not knowing how he has settled in a new home, so someone suggested this site, which is reputedly full of animal lovers.
If anyone knows anyone who would like to get to know Alfie, I would love to hear from them. We are in East Sussex/Kent.
