This morning I shot a little video tour of part the smallholding. As you'll see it was unscripted and I look like I've just woken up - too many early mornings!

The place looks fantastic. We are on 1/4 in Victoria Australia and also dreaming on moving to a larger plot, we currently have the Chickens, Veg Garden and a Small Espalier Orchard. How I envy you the cold days, today is going to be 28c here today, boy do I miss the White Christmas,I am originally from England some 20 years ago. Would love to see some more when you have the time.

@FactoBrunt: You're very welcome, I don't know why we haven't done it before now! More to come for sure.
@Mandy: 28c would sound like heaven most of the time! The crisp, clear days like today are fantastic, but when it's wet and gloomy for weeks on end the Australian climate has a certain attraction.

What a great view down to the river. It looks like you have got a great patch - really good to see a video of the Ryelands.
David
Thanks for showing me around, I always wondered how you had things arranged.
Scooby
WOW how things have changed! You guys have obviously been working very hard at the small holding and it looks amazing!
So nice to have a wee peak round, great idea doing the tours.
Teresa
Great video. Loved having audio on this one and looking forward to more. The sheep won't try to swim the river will they, in the spring?
Andi Chapple
hi, thanks very much. it looks very tidy and well-thought-out, most impressive. best wishes Andi

@scooby It must be a while since you've seen the place. Remember your first "Chicken sitting" session?
@Teresa I'm pretty confident that the Ryelands won't swim. They might if they were panicked, but I don't think they would be much good at it - short legs and too much fleece.
@Andi Thanks. There are certainly thinks that we would do differently if we were doing it all again but generally, it works OK.

Very enjoyable :) You're living the life that I still dream of, I think. Looking forward to seeing around the rest of it and seeing more video of you guys. Thanks for making the effort to do it!
