We candled the four eggs last night. Three of the four are growing something. One was clearly empty and has been removed.
I'm having a problem keeping the humidity high enough, even though the water tray is full.

Try putting a cotton cloth in the water that then hangs out to raise the evaporation rate.

All I had for the humidity when we hatched chickens in the beer box, was a cup full of water. It might be different for a commercial incubator, but it didn't make any difference to our eggs when they hatched.
