if i had the ability to aquire 200k id rip your arms off so want to move up there and spend my life working on a smallholding type setting...

unfortunately i have about 10 years before its going to be even vaguely possible...

Thanks for your lovely replies. We loved the house and land and miss the freedom and space for all our menagerie. We had to relocate otherwise it would have been our forever home
