The problem is actual proof is needed not just witness statements, and I'll bet they have been very careful to get rid of any of that or just not let it happen.

there are always  ( and always have been !! ) people that seem to be one thing , yet in reality are the complete opposite . The not so clever ones can be very manipulative . A lack of intelligence can be replaced by cunning . George W bush is case of how someone as thick as pig shite can reach the top !!! , yet I think he lacks the animal cunning that some dim whits can have, he just happened to have a very rich ,  very powerful and totally corrupt family .
 The clever ones , can go very far in any field they choose ... Peter Mandelson is a prime example . A very clever man , as bent (corrupt !! ) as a fiddlers elbow and yet he makes no apparent effort to hide the fact he is a ruthless , nasty , insidious slimy bastard , yet look how he keeps popping up ...even after getting caught fiddling/being on the take !!!
  Sadly Sandy, it all boils down to corruption , both moral and monetary .
This double whammy of corruption is now endemic, and has reached it's zenith and is about to crash and burn as all corrupt people ,companies , governments  etc always do . What is left after this has yet to be seen . What will take over is more scary than the crash itself !! , as I said , corruption is endemic , and therefore it is more likely that the even 'more' corrupt people, companies, governments will step in .

No links, just am fed up with this sort of thing. I did loads of training in all fields of Socail Care and Youth work and the question kept comming up "waht do you do if someone you are working with is acting in am inapproriate way?" THat in itself is a nonsance....no one seems to want to delve into stuff unless it is obviouse.

Its true Sandy I worked on a unit for special needs people and I walked into a room and saw a staff member slapping a service user around the face very hard. I reported that slap and by her own admission she had slapped the S.U.'s lots of times.

After being sent for 'retraining' she is still working on that unit where the SU's are frightened of her.

Personal message, I know jackie knows the area I mean and now I have taken most of the post off as the person is VERY well connected...the things I could say are unbelievable, I think they enjoy people almost knowing what she is doing and yet getting away with things. THe court case is minor in personal terms, she has hurt lot's of people and I have noticed on her facebook, she gets some insults from young vulnerable people, usualy girls (boys are often swayed due to her power and exploits ) I have observed at first hand what she is capable of and although I made it clear, no evedence other than hearsay!!!!!! Just makes you realize how far people can get, makes crimminal record checks a non sense as the clever criminals never get caught or can get away with things!!!!
