oh, you lot make me laugh!  :chook: :chook: :chook: :chook: :chook: :&> :&>

how are your ducks, Nicky?? I wonder when you'll start breeding those, nothing beats baby ducklings! :&> :&> :&>

Laura, our poor  6 week old only child has now been abandoned by her (?) mother and escaped the big folks' house twice at bedtime! I have no idea how she gets out of that run back into the eglu, but I want to move broody nr 3 into it, though, so no chance! :&> :chook:

I need to work out how to house any ducklings that might hatch in 2 weeks time, until they are old enough to go into their parents' shed and run - any ideas?

we just did the same with our ducklings as we did with the chicks when they were babies - they were perfectly happy

Will they be with mum or are they in the incubator? If the latter, how about a rabbit cage, Annie?:&>

In an incubator, due to hatch in 2weeks, have a box with a heatlamp, but how long are they in that and what do they go in afterwards?  When can they go in with Mum and Dad?
