Zinc deficiency ... What treatment?

Vet has suggested that my AN x goat may have zinc deficiency .... Causing flaky skin and hair loss.     Anyone have an good recommendation for zinc supplementation and source?

We give our sheep "Zinc Rich" Rockies licks to help with their feet (and I'm convinced that they do in our case). It might be worth checking if they are also suitable for goats?

I used to give my goats a mineral bolus containing zinc, cobalt and selenium every six months.

Linda, do you give them any supplements? I always used Caprivite for mine.

I use the zinc rich rockies for all my sheep and goats.

The goats now get seaweed meal, have used a cobalt /selenium mineral drench.

We use caprivite angora also seaweed supplement and black sunflower seeds.

Goat Nutrition sell them, 10% off if you use Goatyfriends  code. I would try a small pot first - mine went off it pretty quickly.
