were thinking of selling our house in stickney lincs....  not on with agents yet but thought i would mention it on here...

its a large 3 bedroom house once being a pub in 1895 but house is no longer original as had major revamp in 1965...

3 double bedrooms all good size...  good size bathroom (all new suite and decor) large dining room and lounge and good sized kitcken diner...

utility room and downstairs toilet..  brick barn type building attatched to house and large wooden outbuilding ...  house has been partly redone but needs downstairs rooms doing..  just cosmetics really...  all double glazed...  just had full rewire ...   comes with an acre of land which has been sectioned off into large garden area with large pond and decking area...  orchard with 10 fruit trees (planted last year) this is all fenced and gated as we keep the chickens in there...  large vegatable garden also fenced and gated...  and also a paddock area...  its a long plot rather than wide....    great place if your just starting out and dont have a huge budget...   for a quick sale £180,000 ....  the school in the village is best in lincolnshire....  if you would like anymore info please ask...  also any pics can be done ...

thanks

Thats very nice, ideal for poultry, dogs, goats etc.  How close are your neighbours, just wondering about dogs barking (mine, not yours lol!)  If there are a lot of comings and goings, my dogs would be barking all the time, and annoying neighbours.

there is a field between me and one nieghbour and an old poultry yard between me and the other...  forgot to say that there is another acre and a half that could possibly rented ( the one between me and the nieghbour) we have 3 dogs that bark when there messing around outside and never caused any bother....

I know of a beautiful house coming up for sale just outside Clackmannan - one and half acres sectioned off into paddocks, with loads of outhouses, some stone built, some wooden, all in great condition.   Kitchen, bathroom, separate WC, 3 double bedrooms, dining room, large Lounge, conservatory.  Ideal for smallholding or B & B - no near neighbours, 5 minutes from village.

Will pass on any interest, Just let me know.
Always have been, always will be, a WYSIWYG - black is black, white is white - no grey in my life! But I'm mellowing in my old age

Just to add also ideal for running boarding kennels/cattery and would also add that it is a beautiful house in a beautiful location. My god Annie I think we should be on commission. ;)

Funny thing is 3 bedrooms would not be much to make a living, that is if the owners had one, then there would only be 2 rooms, we have 5 to let although one is out of action at present, and only manage to run this place, you have either got to spend a lot and make it a bit different, 5 star or have a good other income. We are desperately saving to do this place up but never have any spare cash, just now we have a blocked drain pipe, its probably blocked since re doing the chimneys, think the much has fell down it :( Not sure about you but I could do with a break right NOW!!!! we have not been empty for ages and ages, only one night last week with someone comming the next day
