The Accidental Seasteader?!?
« on: July 27, 2010, 11:38:44 pm »
I've just come across this website on "Seasteading", whilst I was searching for something else:

Quote
Seasteading is creating permanent dwellings on the ocean - homesteading the high seas. A seastead, like in the picture {below}, is a structure meant for permanent occupation on the ocean.

Not sure what I make of it all to be honest, but I thought I'd share as it may be of interest to others on here, even just out of curiosity.

Cheers!

Womble.

That's where they should put criminals to live.

Its like those circular things built in the ocean as war defences, would be great in Barbados!

Yes in Barbados could sit with a long net catching coconuts as they floated past from the Islands.

Bit too cold for sitting in shorts catching the ingredients for a pina colada.
