Yellow Courgettes?
« on: December 06, 2017, 04:44:52 pm »

Can anyone recommend a yellow courgette variety that grows nice big courgettes? I tried Goldmine F1 (from Dobies) last year but both myself and a friend found that we only got tiny courgettes all summer. My green one did well, but I really love yellow ones....

Saw that RealSeeds has got a new one, so may try that, but has someone found one (in any seed catalogue) they swear by?

To be grown under cover, and up in the North (Scottish Borders).

I grow Goldrush. I find them as prolific as green varieties and need to be picked just as regularly to avoid marrow sized fruit.

I grow Soleil which doed well in Norfolk and is quite mildew tolerant which might be handy under cover.
