Hello woodland Being a X are they worth more money each?Or are they just nice to have?Lady Y was going to have a new flock of RIR POL but they were £25 each would have cost over £6k. So the Stock Manager reccomended RIR X BR They are very nice birds and lay a lot of eggs I have not the figures but Sage said they were very pleased with them.

I'm not sure to be honest Wiz I just got a great deal from the guy. He said he can get me any amount so thought I would pass the opportunity on to everyone here. I paid £12.50 for my Isa browns And travel miles and miles. These are on my door step. So cant complain. Nice Little birds

Funny thing but I find i like rain and the climate up here in central scotland suits me and my OH as we never get too hot at night and never have to shelter in the sade!! You can always wear waterproofs but not get cool!!

Good for you Craig Cannot beat having lots of customers wanting to spend! It is getting serious here abouts we have not had any appreciable rain for nearly six weeks now It's saving on petrol to cut the grass and such like things The disadvantage being The potato harvest will be poor and Tesco/Morrisons and the like will have to increase their prices as they ship even more in from abroad. Now Craig a stupid question from a silly old bugger that has now't better to do after tea than watch TV adverts. I like the Eurostar ad just now but Not word for word Morrison ads are no our meat don't fly it is all sourced on BRITISH FARMS!??? Do they get away with their AUSTRAILIAN BEEF because it comes in a freezer cargo ship? The first week Morrisons opened their store in Cleethorpe WE went to do a shop and I said to Kath "Thats unusual look Australian Beef I wonder why they ship it some 15/20k miles. When there is plenty just down the road?"I do not shop in Morrison any more since I had a tussle with Brian Thraves the store general manager at that time.About the way the store was going. It will soon be cheaper to shop in M&S "What ever do you mean?" Well I have just re-racked a pack of razors you have increased the price of by over 100%" I cannot believe that " he said. Come and I took him and said "Those G2 I use has been 99p for ages they are £1.99p this morning I know I only had a Secondary Modern education in the 50's but 2 X 99 still equals 198 so its an increase of 102% and I won't be shopping in this store again.Kath and her sisters some times go in for a look round Kath doesn't make any purchases though.Once I said Tesco WE cannot afford to shop in there. Not so now they have lots of Value lines and the odd bits we need like a new telephone we had to purchase last Monday They had lots to choose from.We wanted a mobile in house one It's called BT Freelance XB2500 and it has 2 handsets It was on offer 50%. So the remote is up stair and the answer machine here in the front room .NOTICE not lounge. Some joskins have a Parlour we only have a front room and kitchen + the bathroom down stairs Like most dyed in the wool practising Joskins.A joke Craig I am training my very good pal a real good Townie He has moved from his home in Grimsby to a place in New Holland (That's Jackies way plus a mile or two)So I am teaching him all my slovenly ways and how and how to be a real Joskin ??? ;D ;D ;D :farmer:

Like you Sandy, I also like the Scottish weather, although I'll happily complain if we get too much rain!  However, I did live in the English Midlands for seven years and found the heat sometimes oppressive, especially at night.  You're right - it's easier to warm up than to cool down (although sometimes I think there is a fraction too much rain here.....).

Well Well Wiz You have been busy today. If they claim it to be sourced in Britain Then Australia is out, Now I seen said advert and was rather impressed, As I think its high time we put or money back into our own economy. Support our own businesses and the credit crunch would never have been. We spend far to much in other country's making there curency stronger and the £ weaker. The working man poorer the politician richer, as they fleece us all blind. Back to the point though Wiz I wont be going to morrisons. I don't like kangaroo!!!!
