Hi all I stumbled across this site/goldmine about 3 weeks ago and it's such a wealth of knowledge!! at the moment I have access to a small holding (which is a dream come true) it's rented through a 3rd party but I own a tractor and a topper which was my way in and have since bought a wheel digger to help with maintenance on the site which is working really well and between us in a long /short term plan we're looking into living completely off grid and self suffient just wanting to speak to someone who may have some advice/experience in this? Ps we know the planning implications just wanting to miss the rookie mistakes
