Electric fence testing

Im so mean i have been laughing all afternoon and still now!
Set up some electic fencing white posts with 4 strands of tape that is connected to the mains got oh to put the fence tester on to see what its reading at to check the earthing well because its was very sunny he couldnt see what it said so he cupped his hand around then the biggest scream you have ever heard! even the kids came running out the house! i just couldnt stop laughing it was so funny,he had touched the fence,on checking tonight(in the dark) it was reading ar 5000v on our tester,im still chuckling to myself.

Yes do need it strong i got some soay sheep yesterday that ive put temp on our lawn until they move to there perm home which is being stock fenced at the moment,dont want them learning to escape.So far so good no escapes.
