Davidson Brothers in Shotts are a good company to deal with. There is also ABN in Cupar but i have never had any dealings with them.

Try Highfields Feeds in Collessie Fife, they have a web site, any Carrs Billington will have it in bulk too, there's one in Kinross.

Also Collessie Feeds at Newton of Collessie, they deliver by lorry all around Fife or you can pick up a pallet load or more at the farm shop if you order it.  https://www.facebook.com/collessie.feeds/?fref=ts or if you prefer a website it's http://www.collessiefeeds.com/

Or if you're further SW in Fife you could try Central Farmers at Milnathort, close to the M90 not technically Fife but pretty close!
