Has her temperature come back up to normal? Mine will always be more happy in a coat at times like this.
If she isn't drinking you need to drench her properly with warm water (or make that camomile tea if you have got it) with added rehydration stuff (like Effydral), at least a litre over a couple of hours.
Other than that I would go for Ivy, bananas, cabbage leaves somehting like that. Willow leaves are also good, and here (Scottish borders) willow is already out in leaf!
I would also like to point out that goats - like humans - do get viruses, so viral diarrhoea may well be a possibility. Keeping her hydrated is really important to flush stuff through her system.
Other than that, possibly no idea what cold be wrong - has she been eating anything that could be mouldy (I am thinking mycotoxins...)
