Greetings all,

As the name suggests I'm not quite a smallholder - in fact relatively far from it - but hope one day to be able to realise my dream of having some proper land.

However, where I live does have a fairly large garden which I am looking to utilise, on a reasonably small scale, growing my own vegetables and making use of the local wildlife (wood pigeon and rabbits) where possible.

I've been popping in to the forum for a couple of weeks so thought I'd stop in to say hello properly!

Thanks for the warm welcome! I'm still something of a novice but I'm sure I'll pick up plenty of helpful advice on here.

pygmy goats, gsd, border collie, scots dumpys, cochins, araucanas, shetland ducks and geese,  marrans, and pea fowl in a pear tree.
