how old are are chicks normally when they are first wormed?

urm.....I have never wormed chicks and rarely poultry....in clean conditions it should not be needed surely :-\

Langdon I add Verm-x to feed every month for all my birds. Chicks can pick up worms from soil so I did mine a few weeks after they first went out.

I do mine every march and september so they all get done at the same time irrespective of age.
