This has been a tragedy beyond words, we had a lecture recently at an army reunion, warning that Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, can often stay dormant and surface many years later, 20 years not being unusual, any disturbances in sleep, or other uncharacteristic behaviour, needs to be investigated, never ignor it, too many of my CIA's have done so and have long term problems as a result.

Thanks for all the care guys. :bouquet:

I have been involved in the case in another role and they also offer counselling, not that I think I need any, been away camping with my daughter and friends and sleeping like a log.

One thing it teaches us all is the value of our lives!! You never know when your numbers up!! unlike farm animals!!!! I went to Dunblane today and it reminded me of their sad time. We are all capable of such things but God forbid, it rarely happens, poor soles who went about their daily lives and had no idea of their fate :'(
