Hello, due to an over enthusiastic Bull I have a number of dexter for sale, as i am now over stocking my smallholding. Dexters are ideal smallholder cattle as they are physically very small, thrifty, hardy and make great beef and milk which is very like jersey milk.
I have about 12 animals available, of all ages. There are young stock, male and female, cows with calves at foot, and cows who have been running with the bull. Really need them gone soon as I don't have the hay for this winter. They are all pure bred non short, some are pedigree registered but all could be registered I think. Some have horns, the older ones not. Pretty handleable, will come to a bucket and i have previously halter trained some of them so they are not wild. Delivery is is a possibility for a fee.
