The first link didn't work for me either & even typing the url into the searchbar revealed nothing.... maybe their site has a wee glitch.

Works now tho'.... thanks Annie

Beautiful place and the grazing would be just right for native ponies

Looks pretty amazing  would love enough land to be able to grow my own hay and feed.

And I suppose you all noticed the emotive sunset picture  ;D ;D ;D  They try all teh dodges to sell these days don't they?  Shouldn't think it'll be on the market long though. £150K guide - say another 15%, buy fro £175K, build a state of the art 4 bed bungalow like mine for £150K, you got a great place for £325K worth about half a million.

Sounds idyllic.  Also sounds like alot of work - but then whats not work these days.

This is def worth going for if your a cash buyer with the ability to wait for planning.  The timespan before buying it and living there is going to be some time - and then there is getting established as a 'smallholder' that will take even longer if you've not done it before. Its going to take time and money to buy that and then live there imo.
