All medicines have a shelf life. Heptavac is only produced in a few batches a year so most you will find will have the same expiry date on. I have just bought mine for January dosing and it has an April expiry date.

And it also has a "once opened use within" shelf life.  Which is 10 hours.  And you must keep it refrigerated.  It's all on the label :)

And if you ever want to read medicine labels before buying a product (which is very handy!!!), then go to the Noah Compendium - http://www.noahcompendium.co.uk/  , eg: http://www.noahcompendium.co.uk/?id=-454825&fromsearch=true#iosfirsthighlight)
And also the Norbrook Compendium (as Norbrook products for some reason aren't in the Noah Comp.)  http://www.norbrook.com/compendium/

So, we finally started vaccination today and will squeeze the next one in before we introduce the ram  :fc:

But.....what do you do with the left over vaccination in the bottle?
