Gooseberry bush prunings

Just wanted to check, are prunings from gooseberry bushes okay for the goats?

Our holding has Anglo Nubian and British Toggenburg goats, Gotland sheep, Franconian Geese, Blue Swedish ducks, a whole load of mongrel hens and two semi-feral children.

Never fed them myself, but I see no reason why it should do any harm.

I just stuck mine in the ground and they have grown into new bushes.
