Sheepkeepers amongst you might be interested in the above event. Run by the National Sheep Association every two years, this year it's local to us. There's 150 trade stands, a farm tour, 35 sheep breed stands, sheepdog trial, regional heat of Young Shepherd of the Year, seminars, stockjudging, demonstrations and competitions.

Starts at 9am to 5pm; admission 6 quid for NSA members, 12 for the rest of us.

Oh, and Adam Henson is opening it and will be there for the day.
