Does/has anyone kept French Lops, and how long do they live?

My pet lop Boris is 10 this year and undoubtedly slowing down, but all the info I read tells me the average lifespan is 5  ???

He's a good age!

Around 5 is pretty average - depends on their health and breeding obviously.
Rabbits are abit like sheep, either go on fine forever or look for ways to die!

My lion lops are nearly 4, lost one from illness but the others aren't showing signs of slowing down!

My dwarf lop 'Butch' lived until he was 10 years old. He did slow down a bit in his last year.
