Hi 

We are looking for a smallholding that we can rent on a long term basis, with a possible view to purchase should the owner wish to sell in the future. We are happy to consider properties and land in need of renovation for the right rents and agreements. Our long plan is to keep animals on the land over time - goats, tamworths, foul, and to house a small arts and crafts business.

We wish to get back to East Anglia to be near family, and with this in mind we are happy to consider a tenancy whereby we are helping to look after an existing smallholding for a while, to give us time to find our own whilst living locally.

If anyone has any tips or suggestions as to any corners of the internet I may have missed, please do pass them on.  Many thanks
