Holiday let up and running!!!!
« on: February 18, 2016, 09:08:49 pm »
Well. At last we have a proper agent and a web page
http://www.sykescottages.co.uk/cottage/North-Wales-Snowdonia-Bryn-Rhyd-yr-Arian/Cedar-Lodge-932671.html#duration=7&calendar=2016-06&changeover=5
I hope it is ok to post this. If anyone is interested in seeing what we have dusted down and polished up for holiday makers ( actually it was in pretty good order really) here is our holiday let.
If anyone would like a holiday in what is arguably (but I would win) the most beautiful place on earth please pm me. Any direct bookings will be able to expect a 20% discount as that is what we pay to our agents and we are happy to waive that ( assuming our agent is as philanthropic )

I will try to take a good look when I get home tonight. I think the porch might be too small to turn in on reflection. I will pm you MGW

It is indeed a beautiful spot.  If you haven't let a holiday cottage before and would like some tips and wrinkles courtesy of our twelve years of letting, just PM me.

Looks lovely and you've spent a lot of money I can see, hope that goes brilliantly for you.  I did read it as Skye and not Sykes so was confused what came up but looks great, good luck.

Stunning!  I used to pound the hills round there back in the day when I wasn't an old knacker.

Well done Gdhp it looks stunning.  I may well book but probably early next year as I would like to visit Snowdonia and do some walking but this year is all sorted. I have used Sykes for 3 years for a sea view flat I have in Broadstairs.  Found them very good.  Year one can be a bit slow getting booking, year two a bit quicker, this year already fully let March to October

Life being a complicated thing I now half share with my sister my parent holiday let of 30 years and the Lake District is a strong contender for most stunning place too so I would do you a deal on the same terms as yours should you need a change of view!

Again a couple of years to really get going now books all year round. So book Ghdp's first as they need to fill their books but I would always be happy to see any of you guys on my visitor list.
