Pic new buckling born Xmas day
« on: December 28, 2015, 06:59:55 pm »
I have three ND does. My first ever goats  They arrived here possibly pregnant.  Christmas day arrived and just before it got dark I popped down to the enclosure to top up hay and water.  Found Mum munching on hay and this little feller on her heels. Popped them in the house and today they are out and about with the other Does.  All well
Baby feeding well and luckily for me on both sides.

We have called him Gaspar  after one of the three wise men

Yes there are differences but tbh I am not sure exactly how they differ.... sorry I don't keep them, so would have to google it too.

ND   Nigerian Dwarf Goats    Not the same as Pygmy goats, Nigerian Dwarfs are prolific milkers.
