3 of my 7 turkey eggs have hatched but the first one out is unable to stand it's legs are splayed out and it does not seem to want to bend them.
should I just dispatch it now or do I give it another day or 2, it was born on Friday night.

I have never hatched turkeys and none of my ducks have ever come out with spayed legs..... so can only say good luck and i hope the rest are ok..

if it is not feeding/drinking then i would dispatch, if it is don't give up on it

Try splinting the leg using matchsticks taped on, it may be enough to support the chick and allow it's legs to straighten. There is another way but i can't off the top of my head remember,  i will try and find out for you,
