I think the right to vote is important for anybody men or women. Though I agree thats it been longer fight for women in the UK.
I go through stages of thinking of just ruining my vote to lodge complaint or not voting at all in order to make a point - but lets face it - not voting makes no change. You have to vote, no matter how irrelevant you think your vote maybe.
Myself? I am still not sure this time. As a strategic voter in the past I have always voted Labour as it makes it less likely for the tories to get in.
This year I think its the same - although as a high earner, land owner, employer and no kids I would certainly be better off under the 'utopia' that the tories seem offer, after all I am 'big business'. But I know for sure that the people on the ground of this country would be better off being 'left' of the tories and although LD seem to be climbing Labout again is the best bet.
