Just curious whether our hobby/job/lifestyle affects our votes.

Just a bit of fun really  ;)

I will vote.  A lot of people have suffered so that I can have the vote so I will.  Probably SNP, following in my father's footsteps.

Sandy!  Out of principle you should... after all the Suffregettes went through, and all the women in the world who don't get a vote cos they don't have a p*nis!
(sorry, but it had to be said!)

though I know that "however you vote, its the Government that wins!"

Annie, you must type faster than me!

I was only joking - I can't type for toffee.  But I fling my fingers around the keyboard all in the wrong places and sometimes it comes out OK and other times I have to use the spellchecker for every word!

Yes I will vote  I do a lot of moaning about the Goverment so feel at least if I have voted it gives me the right to complain.

i was originally thinking of not voting - because i am disgusted with the behaviour of MPs - independant and party tied candidates in their behaviour.

from expense scandals to sex scandals to drugs scandals to "questions" (or bungs/backhanders) scandals

all in all, none of them are worthy of the position

However, I just remembered who my MP was - Michael Conartist, sorry, connarty. A TWAT of the highest order. So, I will look and see who is hte 2nd favourite and they will get my vote - purely to oust that toley of a man.

However, if I was to vote with my heart, i'd vote SNP. I am really impressed (on the whole) with what the Scottuish Parliament has done/achieved. the way it operates, the transparency and the sense that it is doing something for the people of scotland (especially education and health care)

Of course, it's not without it's problems - but by and large, i thnk they have done more good than harm.

Though, the SNP are a funny party, the nationalist card holds them together, but they are a mix of left wing communist, trade unionists to ultra right wing near nazis and all points in between. The are also not without their twats - but at least they are "our" twats!!!

I too was thinking of not voting but I just can't do it. I remember a few years ago I didn't vote for my usual party and I came home and cried. I think I am going to vote tactically this time.
