Weird or what!
« on: October 28, 2015, 11:34:57 am »
Driving up the road yesterday, I passed an embankment on my left - as I passed I caught sight of a large patch of Blue standing up about 8 inches from the ground. I was convinced that I'd seen some Bluebells- in October, nearly into November! :o I stopped on my return journey to have a closer look and sure enough there was a whole patch of Bluebells looking very pretty and healthy, never seen them at this time of year before!

Very strange indeed.
As I was reading your post I thought of naked ladies ( :o no not that sort  ;D) or commonly known as autumn crocus but then you confirmed it was bluebells.
I have 3 pots with primula's in them that I haven't planted out into a border yet from this time last year and they have been in flower for some time now.

Must just feel like spring. We have three hens come out of hiding with chicks in the last few weeks, two this week alone!
