No goats milk for us for a while yet...
« on: April 05, 2010, 12:06:18 pm »
It looks as if our plans to have excess goats milk for the house have been dashed, as one of my ewes has had triplets yesterday and no foster ewe in sight.... even more bottle washing... but they are strong and the biggest is male, which makes it an easy choice for bottle feeding.

Thats a shame Anke, but it will save you the cost of shepherdess milk instead, and will probably do the lamb more good.
