Desperately looking for a cottage to rent Huntly/Keith area others considered within reason. Long term let. For 2 adults, 2 dogs, cat and Guinea pig! A couple of acres grazing for my horse would be a added bonus

Been looking for months now and there is just nothing! Hoping someone might have a empty cottage even something needing redecorated etc willing to do a little bit of work but must be reflected in rent, nothing to expensive but willing to negotiate for right property on long term let! Can move within next few weeks!

Have you tried Aberdeen & Northern Marts?  or the Feed merchants at Insch and Inverurie?

Not sure if its the same where you are looking, but houses with land to rent are rare where I am.  Could you perhaps find just a cottage, and then rent a separate field/livery for your horse?  Or is that the same, none around.
