So on Friday we picked up the newest member of our oddball family... A brindle greyhound bitch called Ella. (Racing name TenerifeValencia?!)

Having been on the track until May this year and then stuck in the kennels she still has a hairless bottom and chest aswell as bald elbows.

She is very placid and sweet and seems to be fine with our hamster and degus (although they are in cages) so fingers crossed!

So far only two accidents and both were on the doormats so almost outside! She has also discovered the sofa and decided it's much much better than her bed.

is she a rescued race dog then? Shes gorgeous, always wanted a greyhound. :love:

Yeah from the retired greyhound trust up in Northumberland.
