Folks, A little more information on this:

This is a community open day put on by Valley Renewables Group, who are the Development Trust for the Carron Valley, which is near Stirling.

Central Scotland Smallholders Association have been invited to have a stall, since this year's theme is "Growing, Creating & Sustaining".  So, if you're a member of CSSA and fancy helping us out, please let me know.  Of course, if you're in Central Scotland and aren't yet a member of CSSA, please also let me know, and I'll see what we can do about that  ;).

Thanks,

Womble.

Found out I am working tomorrow - the joys of working in the tourist industry - so unable to come along. It sounds a really interesting day

Well, that was a lot of fun!

It was a bit embarrassing when the guy doing the poultry talk didn't know the answer to basic questions such as "how many hens do you have?", but apart from that I think it went well!   ;D

I'm so disappointed i couldn't come - although a day with my family certainly made up for it - the only available day in all our busy lives so something had to give.

Tell us more - was it well supported, did the weather stay nice?
