Folks, A little more information on this:
This is a community open day put on by Valley Renewables Group (http://www.valleyrenewables.co.uk/), who are the Development Trust for the Carron Valley, which is near Stirling.
Central Scotland Smallholders Association have been invited to have a stall, since this year's theme is "Growing, Creating & Sustaining". So, if you're a member of CSSA and fancy helping us out, please let me know. Of course, if you're in Central Scotland and aren't yet a member of CSSA, please also let me know, and I'll see what we can do about that ;).
Thanks,
Womble.

Are you the Claire who came to one of our meetings? :eyelashes:
-
I'm not. I don't have any time for meetings!!
-
Found out I am working tomorrow - the joys of working in the tourist industry - so unable to come along. It sounds a really interesting day
-
Well, that was a lot of fun!
It was a bit embarrassing when the guy doing the poultry talk didn't know the answer to basic questions such as "how many hens do you have?", but apart from that I think it went well! ;D

I'm so disappointed i couldn't come - although a day with my family certainly made up for it - the only available day in all our busy lives so something had to give.
Tell us more - was it well supported, did the weather stay nice?
