For all the Allotmenteers out there......

Sat 5th September
Kilmadock Allotment Society (Argaty Road, Doune, Stirling)
are having an Open Day 1.30 - 4pm

There will be talks by some plot holders, produce for sale (as if you didn't have enough courgettes already :innocent:)
Come alone: share ideas, get new ideas, share knowledge
There will be teas served, and a cakes stall with home baking

Google maps did a drive past in May this year so you will be able to compare then with now.

Morning Rosemary
The allotments have only been on the go for about five years so still a lot of work to be done and lots of new ideas needed  :)

Hopefully the weather will stay fine at the weekend for everyone what ever they may doing.

We will be manning our (well OHs ) plot in the afternoon.  Must remember to dig out the deck chairs from the MiLs shed.

Whisper it . . . . the  :sunshine: has appeared.
OH is at the allotments attempting to put up a teepee. I am keeping well out of the way for that one.  I am putting finishing touches on my baking contributions  ( I am supposed to be studying   :innocent: .....)
Going to spend the afternoon picking and podding peas, then attacking the strawberry runners.
If anyone manages to come along our plot is the one in the small area that looks like fort knox with everything creosoted
