Mobile 'phones and bra's
« on: June 27, 2015, 07:13:33 pm »
Sorry if you've just eaten but, lacking a bag I keep a lot of stuff in my bra. Landy keys, loose change in one side and my mobile 'phone in the other. My DIL told me today that I was at risk of breast cancer by keeping my 'phone in my left cup. Radiation apparently. What do you all think? And where do you keep yours!!?

Yep, bra for me too! I don't have many pockets and the ones I do have aren't zipped up so the bra is the safest place.

Not enough room in mine for anything else but lil ole me, I carry a large red handbag - just in case i ever need to fight at dawn  :innocent:

Not sure I'd want a mobile phone that close, mine reverberates even from my handbag, and it speaks to me when  a text comes in - I'd have a heart attack!  :roflanim:

Wow, you live and learn - I'd never thought of keeping anything extra in my bra, let alone keys or a mobile phone.

I've learnt never to keep my phone in a tight pocket, as I always manage to reject the call by squeezing the phone trying to get it out of pocket.  I don't keep it in my handbag either, as I don't carry one around the smallholding  :roflanim:   I wear cargo trousers with zip up side pockets, so I have room for everything plus the kitchen sink, but can barely keep the trousers up for the weight.  Zip pockets are good if you don't want your phone to go down the loo - commonest accident to mobiles apparently, and horrible to fish out.   If I'm wearing trousers or skirt without pockets, the phone goes in a jacket pocket.  For the summer, I have one of those jackets with loads of pockets - I can never remember which one the damn phone's in when it rings  ::)

I've kept mine in my bra but when it vibrates, it startles me.

Always in my bra which is fine until I have to delve into my cleavage to answer it when it starts ringing (usually when I'm in the playground on school run)

Never thought of putting anything but the obvious in my bra  :)
I wear my mobile on a lanyard if I don't have a bag or pockets

What do you all think of the health issue ie radiation from the 'phone causing breast cancer?  By the way, my record is Landy keys mobile 'phone ,£2000 in cash, a bank card and 30 steroid tablets for a whippet!! ( could I have got the whippet down there as well? :roflanim:)

Well I don't wear a bra ;D
But in general gents don't .....unless its the weekend :innocent:
Strangely enough, I have heard something similarly regarding gents keeping their phone in their front trouser pockets.
