Can you get lamb replacer milk ?  If so we have used this very successfully with piglets.

The best milk replacer for pigs is faramate, you can get it on the net, mole valley farmers sell it by mail order too. We topped up a runt from our last litter, left him with his mum and the others but topped him 4 times a day then gradually cut down for weaning, he soon caught them up!

I use Lamblac replacer milk...have succesfully reared many piglets on it, but would also suggest you put the piglet back with its mum as and when you can...even if he/she gets a little of mothers milk they will thrive...good luck
