Hens making gurgling sounds

Hi all. I have a miserable hen, a year old French copper Maran. She went off colour 48hrs ago or so, standing around, tail down, eyes closing. I isolated her with her sister, who seemed concerned standing by her side all day. Put them in a quiet corner of the shed. She didn't seem to be eating or drinking so I've been syringing water and nutri-drops into her, offering tempting tit bits, scrambled egg etc but she's not much better.

Her crop is pretty empty and she has lost lots of weight very quickly. I have treated them recently for lice, they had a few but not a major infestation, and I have had a few red mite but again caught it quick and have been treating accordingly.

Just been out and heard another one gurgling, looks bright but making the same sound as she moves around, making me think it's something contagious rather than sour crop.

Any advice gratefully received.
