trotter clipping/trimming

Hi ALL....


We have a few small kune kunes.... unfortunately one of the girls requires her trotters trimming..they are excessively long ... any ideas how to do it or if not who to contact

A really good, strong pair of sheep foot shears and a "bastard" file. If they aren't absolutely placid, get someone to rub their belly while you pare off the overgrown trotter bit by bit, then a rasp or so with the file will do the job!

Fortunately our girls are quite tame so i've purchased shears and manage to calm them and slowly getting them clipped ...
