Had my first go at wet felting
« on: June 02, 2015, 12:43:06 pm »
After wanting to try it for a while I had my first attempt at wet felting on Sunday. I loved it and I got to use some of what little remains of Alvin's fleece that isn't on the gorse bushes  ::)  He is now clouds  ;D  I will need to do some needle felting on it to get the detail on the stone wall but I'm please with my first attempt

Our holding has Anglo Nubian and British Toggenburg goats, Gotland sheep, Franconian Geese, Blue Swedish ducks, a whole load of mongrel hens and two semi-feral children.

That's wonderful. I mostly do needle felting but want to do some pictures so will have to wet felt the background as you have done. Good luck with the next one. Don't forget to post a picture of this one once you've needle felted the detail.
