Other uses for a polytunnel
« on: February 16, 2010, 11:02:50 am »
I have managed to get myself a 100ft by 28ft polytunnel frame. I have the space for it if I split it up into 2 sections each 50ft x 28ft. As an engineer i am very practical but not very imaginative. I am looking for ideas- in relation to housing for goats and possibly pigs for 1 of the houses. The other will be for the usual polytunnel plants/veggies.
I am conscious that in the summer if put tin on it it will be like an oven inside although I can leave one side open. Ideas/suggestions please.

Regards,

Put the pigs and goats outside and dig a swimming pool for yourself.  ;D

Sorry Declan, I'm in exactly the same boat as you. I'm just very impressed at how consicely you've summed us both up!!  ::)

Accountants don't have much imagination either - but I'm a great copy cat, I totally will NOT re-invent the wheel! ;)
